We bespeak to you because you
are the High General of the US
Forces occupying Iraq, and
according to all the
International Laws, including
Geneva convention and
International Law, you are the
actual ruler for Iraq, and
thereupon you must have
international legality and
obligations toward the people of
the country which you occupied
without any coverage or any
legitimacy, or any excuse , or
any right , and according to
what we just mentioned, so all
the internee politically or
militarily from the legal native
regime are prisoners of war, and
can not be prosecute or
investigate or abandon, or hand
over to their enemy, and because
the war between you and Iraqi
army is stand still, and those
who still appear in front of
what they call it the Anfal
court, they are the leader of
the Iraqi army , and Iraq never
sign on any surrender agreement,
so we plead you not to hand them
over to any side and work up as
fast as you can to let them all
go, because all the courts,
judgments, and sentences under
your occupying Iraq , and
without any constitutional
legality are illegal and they
are null, and we would like to
remind you personally to your
promises that you gave to Mr.
Sultan Has hem Ahmed, the
military minister if he hand
himself over to you, that he
will be let go immediately , and
there are witnesses still
present, and your hand writing
promises , and if you don't hold
by your promises you will lose
your last substitutive in front
of all the world, and we would
like to remind you that those
are professional leaders, who is
doing their job with high
professionalism during the war
with the Persian enemy, and they
were defending and standing up
to their land and safety against
those who export immoderation
revolutions and killers.
The time is running out and the
history never mercy , we wish
you to reconsideration to
yourself and your promises and
take a fast decision which might
keep your face what remain of
your face water,
